Morning yoga

Practising yoga in the morning is a great way to stretch your muscles after a night's sleep. However, yoga is much more than just physical exercise; it represents the concept of union and fosters the full development of one’s potential and connection with a higher self.

In the Western world, yoga is often viewed solely as a form of physical activity, but it encompasses much more, including meditation, breathing exercises, and a lifestyle that promotes well-being. The physical positions, known as yoga asanas, contribute significantly to both health and spiritual growth.

The benefits of yoga extend beyond mere muscle stretching. Through the various twists and turns of these yoga exercises, our internal organs receive a massage and cleansing. This process helps to eliminate toxins while allowing fresh, oxygenated blood to flow into the body. As a result, yoga strengthens the entire body and revitalises our energy. Additionally, these exercises promote relaxation and help alleviate the stress that many of us experience regularly.
